A Remedy For Dandruff: Snoe Hair Heroes Super Fresh

I have been a fan of Snoe products for over more than a year now. A lot of them are my favorites, but today I want to give a special attention to Hair Heroes Super Fresh Sage Tea Tree & Peppermint.

Whew! That was really long name. :) As of this writing, I think there are seven (7) variants of Snoe Hair Heroes. All these have their own special and unique qualities to address different hair issues.

Unlike commercial brands, Hair Heroes does not contain SLES (Sodium lauryl ether sulfate) After some googling I found out that SLES is said to be a cause of cancer and skin allergies. SLES is the one responsible for the suds that a soap or shampoo produce.

Anyway, let me tell you a sad secret. I have been taunted with dandruff for over years now, especially when I was in college. I studied in Saint Louis University in Baguio therefore, my scalp was always dry and itchy because of the cold weather. I have tried every anti-dandruff shampoo in the market but to no avail.

I have been long gone from Baguio, right now I'm based here in the beautiful polluted city of Manila :) I still suffer from dandruff. The remedy I do is that I switch from one shampoo to another just to keep the dandruff at bay. But there is still the irritating itchiness. So after some self research and testing one product to another I came up with this remedy for dandruff. :) Note that this is my regimen, you may try it for yourself but you know, 'No approved therapeutic claims!' :)

1. Do not shampoo your hair everyday especially if you use commercially manufactured products. Skip a day or two within a week, just try not to make this a 2-consecutive days as this may result in more itching and flaking on your head! Allow your scalp to adjust on this new regimen.

2. Use Snoe Hair Heroes Super Fresh. I swear it delivers! I use it as a leave on every other day, then as a normal conditioner every other day. It leaves a subtle fresh scent and feels cool and calming on my scalp too.

3. If you still feel some itchiness apply Snoe Hair Heroes Super Fresh directly on the itchy area of your scalp. Comb your hair and style it like the usual. You'll notice the effect almost immediately.

If my above tips won't still work, consult your dermatologist.

The only painful part you'll experience is the price, haha! One bottle is Php 499. But I cannot think of any anti-dandruff conditioner or shampoo that has given me a relief so this is a reasonable price for me. And the fact that 1 bottle can go a long way, for me it can last for 2 months (shoulder length hair). Few months ago my hair was down almost to my waist so that's pretty long and I have thick hair. 1 bottle lasted a month for me then.
